Riskstorming Exercise

The fourth session on the Code Academy bootcamp was with Beth Marshall and was about Testing Fundamentals and Principals. 

Task

Complete a RiskStorming session for testing a vending machine

RiskStorming is an online tool to identify risks, and be able to work collaboratively to identify them. 

○ Navigate to https://riskstormingonline.com/, select open application and explore free trail to bring up the free version. 

○ Phase 1 (Choose Quality Aspects): select up to 6 quality aspects by dragging the cards from the right to the left. When complete - press the phase 2 button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen.

○ Phase 2 (Identify Risks): for each area, identify at least 1 risk -  When complete - press the phase 3 button.

○ Phase 3 (Dealing With Risks): try to identify a mitigation technique for each of the risks you identified in Phase 2

○ Phase 4 (A Plan): you would use this to formulate actions for the team going forwards.
